Dear Educator:
Want to motivate your students? Just plan to attend one of our special event days: physics, math, middle school science, elementary science and music programs are available. Check out the special events here.
Attendance is limited, so please register early. Simply call 585-599-4641 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. or complete the online registration for and either mail or fax it back to 585-599-5045. A confirmation will be sent to you.
School Picnic Program
Interested in a picnic for your school group without the brown bag lunches? Fabulous food selections, coupled with flexible options help you create the ultimate picnic feast for your guests. Darien Lake picnic packages include unlimited use of all rides, shows and attractions on the day of your visit.
There is no better value for your school trip than a school group picnic.
For less than the cost of a regular main gate ticket you will receive:
- The date of your choice
- Tickets valid for the Theme Park & Splashtown Waterpark
- A reserved private pavilion for your group in the picnic area
- Provide specially printed discount tickets for the day of your visit
- Prepare a fully catered all – you – can – eat meal
- Handle all the details of the picnic, including cleanup and setup
- Discounted rates at our hotel and campground facilities
- Each buffet style meal comes with 1 ½ hours of unlimited fountain drinks and unlimited food. You can choose your serving times. Choose from 12- 1:30 pm or 2:00 – 3:30pm
Catering policies
- All food and beverages must be catered by Darien Lake
- All charges based upon the guarantee count or issue vs. returned wristbands, whichever is greater
- $500 non- refundable deposit is required for a catered event. The deposit will be deducted from the catering portion of your invoice.
- All menu prices subject to NYS sales tax.
- Children 2 and under are free
Group Ticket Policies
Group rates apply when a group leader makes a reservation in advance with our Group Sales office and the minimum number required is met. Tickets can be purchased in advance or by the group leader at the Group Sales Booth the day of the outing. The group leader is responsible for distributing tickets to group members.
On the day of the outing, the group leader may purchase additional tickets or return unused tickets for refund provided total purchased does not fall below number required for group rates. Unused tickets may also be used on other days (see ticket for valid dates/surcharges).

Meal Deals and Darien Dollars
Make it easy to give your group a treat of their choice:
Meals Deals are $9.99 each and gives your group lunch or dinner options. Vouchers are redeemed at participating stands in the park.
Choose from Hotdog, Hamburger/Cheeseburger, Chicken Breast Strips or Pizza Meal Deals.
As an added bonus, think about giving your group Darien Dollars. You can purchase Darien Dollars for $1.00 each. Darien Dollars can be used to buy merchandise, play games or purchase items throughout the park.
