Darien Lake places priority on giving to the communities where its employees and guests live, work and play.
We are committed to positively influencing the community far beyond just the park walls. However, because Darien Lake is flooded with numerous requests for donations, the following guidelines must be followed to assure fairness, as well as maximize the benefits we can give to the community.
Send a letter on your organization’s letterhead to the address below, attention Charitable Donations. No telephone, fax or e-mail requests will be accepted. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your donation request letter. The letter must also include the date of the event in which the tickets will be auctioned off, and the purpose of the fundraiser.
Please note that only one donation is allowed per organization per year.
Requests must be made at least four to six weeks in advance of the event date between the months of January and October.
Darien Lake’s standard donation is two all-day admission tickets to the park to be used during the 2018 operating season. In order to be fair to the general population, the Darien Lake community relations program does not typically make contributions to religious, fraternal, political, labor, sports organizations or social groups, as well as conferences, newsletters and magazines. Darien Lake will NOT make donations to benefits that are not listed as a 501-c3 not-for-profit organization. Each month, Darien Lake will have 100 available tickets for donations. Once that quota is met, no further donations will be made until the start of the following month.
Exceptions are made for group sales clients and promotional partners.
If your request is accepted, you will receive two admission tickets to Darien Lake to be used in the 2018 Operating season.
